    The 15-day free trial is available on Yearly plans only. You get full access to all features during the trial period. No payment is required to start. If you decide to continue after the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically.
    For yearly plans, we offer prorated refunds for unused months minus a 5% processing fee. For example, if you cancel after 3 months of a ₹9,588 yearly plan, you'd receive approximately ₹6,832 back. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with access until the period ends—no partial refunds.
    Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to higher limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
    When you reach your monthly document limit, you'll receive a notification and can choose to upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle when limits reset. Existing documents remain accessible.
    Absolutely. We use bank-grade encryption (256-bit SSL) for all data transfers. Your data is stored on secure servers with automated daily backups. We never share your business data with third parties.
